How to refer a child to Make-A-Wish^® Hong Kong?

Make-A-Wish^® Hong Kong grants one special wish to children with life-threatening medical conditions in Hong Kong and Macau*. By doing so, we hope to bring them joy and hope, and create wonderful memories for them and their parents.

The Referral Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are an attempt to describe our services to the doctors and others who are most likely to refer a Wish Child. Please read both pages and refer to them when necessary. To make an application, just simply complete the Recommendation Form and send it back to us by mail or fax. Our staff and volunteers will follow each case as soon as possible, so that those eligible children can soon experience the magic and joy from the wish experience.
